How we arrived at this

Why the price is shaped this way.

Per outlet, because that is what scales

An outlet is the thing that generates revenue for you and load for us. Counters and staff are how busy that outlet is — charging for them means charging you more on your best day, which is a strange thing to do to a customer.

One price, not a menu

The most common complaint about point-of-sale pricing in this market is the module that turned out to be extra. The capabilities your trade needs are in every plan; what changes between plans is the size of business each one is shaped for.

A third off for paying yearly

Yearly billing saves twenty per cent, which is roughly what the market offers and genuinely reflects what it saves us. Monthly stays available at a fair price rather than a punitive one.

Thirty days, not fourteen

Two weeks is not long enough to know whether a till suits your shop. A month covers a full billing cycle, a stock count and at least one bad day — which is when you find out what software is really like.

No setup fee

Onboarding fees are common here and they price out exactly the small businesses that most need better software. Setting you up properly is our problem, and it is in the subscription.

Hardware stays yours

We do not sell hardware and we do not lock you to a model. Standard Android devices and ESC/POS printers work, so you buy where you get the best price and the fastest repair.

What people check before they commit.

What counts as an outlet?

One trading location — a shop, a restaurant, a salon, a hire desk. Two counters in the same shop are one outlet. Two shops on the same street are two.

Is GST included in these prices?

No. Prices exclude GST at 18%, which is added on your invoice. If you are registered, it is normally recoverable as input tax credit — check with your accountant.

Do I pay for a counter that only opens at the weekend?

No. Billing devices are unlimited on every plan. Put UniPOS on as many as you like and leave them idle when you do not need them.

What happens when my trial ends?

Nothing automatic. There is no card on file, so nothing charges itself. We will ask what you would like to do, and your data stays yours either way.

Can I change plan later?

Yes, in either direction. Move up when you open a second outlet, move down if you close one. Changes take effect from your next billing period.

Are these prices final?

They are the launch prices we are holding for founding customers, and the price-lock offer above fixes them for twenty-four months for anyone who joins during early access. We would rather commit to a number publicly than quote a different one to everyone.
